A designer helped us create a new look for our website. I now have the finished PSD and PNG files (Photoshop or Fireworks). Now, I need a coder who can turn this into a Joomla template for us.
Budget:
Beats me.... whatever seems fair for the job!
Time Frame:
1 week would be great but I can go longer if necessary.
