Website Template Design at Parkview Baptist Church Children's Ministry

I'm a children's pastor who has done it all himself up to this point. I've helped others get websites up and even helped some design basic sites. BUT I'd love some help designing a website template for my children's ministry. I've done some of this on my own before, but I'd love to up the quality a little bit. I'm very familiar with Wordpress, Website Baker, and iWeb. I'm open to the possibility of learning another CMS if someone can help with the design. I have a logo and look in mind but really need help bringing it to life.
